2. Data-Realignment(correction) form to be accessed for updating habitations under "0% population covered" category.
3. Update LPCD and distance data of habitation.
4. States are requested to enter the laboratory test details of water quality samples on a regular basis.
5. The water sample testing details of quality affected habitations may be entered, on priority.
